Audrey Castro
DIRECTOR, RISK MITIGATION & ASSET PROTECTION
Ms. Castro graduated from Florida International University with a bachelors in the study of Architecture. She served as a Project Manager for a prominent firm in Coral Gables, Florida specializing in County, State, and Federal projects with a project portfolio of over 200M leading complex initiatives from design through execution. In 2010 she moved to Seville, Spain and attained a Masters in the Technological Advances in Architecture from La Universidad de Sevilla. Audrey brings a systems-based approach to operational leadership with a reinforced value of adaptability, cultural awareness, and clear communication. She has experience in wildfire risk mitigation, program development, and cross-functional coordination with a focus on helping teams deliver clear, practical solutions in complex environments.
As Chloeta’s Director of Risk Mitigation and Asset Protection, Audrey helps guide a highly skilled team responsible for planning, logistics, operations, and data analysis. Together, they develop and support scalable wildland fire programs that are rooted in data and built to adapt to real-world risk. Audrey’s role focuses on ensuring alignment across teams, clear communication with clients, and the continuous evolution of the program as challenges shift.
