As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Chloeta, Mr. Masters brings a wealth of strategic leadership and technical expertise to the forefront of our digital landscape. With a distinguished career spanning more than fifteen years in the field of technology and program management, he is a visionary leader dedicated to driving organizational success through cutting-edge technology solutions.

He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Natural Resource Ecology and Management from Louisiana State University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Prior to joining the Chloeta team, Bryan held positions with Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and Kent Design Build where his analytical technical proficiency combined with interpersonal management skills allowed for rapid success of new and complex initiatives.

As a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), he brings globally recognized expertise in information security to his role, ensuring Chloeta’s IT infrastructure is both innovative and resilient. He has been instrumental in elevating the company’s technology framework, designing secure, high-performing internal networks that seamlessly integrate with business objectives. Leveraging his deep knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, he prioritizes collaboration and fosters a high-performance culture, ensuring technology is not only optimized for efficiency but also fortified against evolving threats.
