Heath Tebow

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Mr. Tebow has over twelve years of experience leading and managing large-scale, complex government programs. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University.
Prior to joining the Chloeta team, Heath had a twenty-one year tenure with the Social Security Administration (SSA).  During his time with SSA, he supervised various levels of management and partnered with state components overseeing a federal annual budget exceeding $267 million. His process optimization tactics helped SSA improve productivity and exceed project targets and budgets. Joining the Chloeta team afforded him the opportunity to return home to Oklahoma.

As Chief Operating Officer and a member of Chloeta’s Executive Leadership Team, Heath offers strategic leadership across all business operations, setting clear objectives and processes to drive financial performance and operational success. Through collaborative problem solving, he ensures efficiency amongst the daily internal functions of the business promoting operational effectiveness and growth.
