VICE PRESIDENT, BIDS AND PROPOSALS

Ms. Kephart has served in multiple roles at Chloeta including Tribal Liaison, Project Manager, and Proposal Manager. With a career spanning over a decade, her mastery in organizational leadership, nurturing relationships, honing training programs, fostering effective communication, and conducting in-depth research is truly exceptional.

In her capacity as a Project Manager, she orchestrated the establishment and management of Chloeta’s Healthcare Staffing Program, overseeing 10 medical professionals across various Indian Health Services sites while maintaining a high level of communications with clients.

As Vice President, Bids and Proposals, she manages the B&P team and helps shape all outgoing government contracting proposals.
