Shannon Bevan

SENIOR DIRECTOR, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE

Ms. Bevan serves as Senior Director of Accounting and Finance at Chloeta, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience, including 18 years specializing in accounting and financial operations within the government contracting industry. Her diverse professional background spans commercial, international, manufacturing, and government contracting sectors, with extensive expertise in financial systems implementation, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting Information Systems and an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA), both from Virginia Tech.

Throughout her career, Shannon has led major Deltek Costpoint implementations, managed complex accounting data migrations during mergers and acquisitions, and driven improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiency. Her ability to integrate financial systems, streamline processes, and align financial information with business objectives has supported organizational transformation and strategic decision-making.

At Chloeta, Shannon leads the Accounting and Finance department, overseeing financial operations, reporting, and initiatives that support executive leadership and company growth. She plays a key role in optimizing Deltek Costpoint capabilities, strengthening project-level financial reporting, and promoting cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational performance. With a leadership philosophy centered on mentorship, continuous improvement, and strategic alignment, Shannon is dedicated to building high-performing teams and developing scalable financial processes that deliver timely, reliable financial information to support informed decision-making and long-term organizational success.
